Puzzle overload
September 20, 2009 - 9:17pm
Two complex puzzles out and due on the same day (especially when it is a sunny Sunday in Rochester) is too much. Some have other responsibilities and lives to attend to and can't spend the entire day doing puzzles.

Me too... Please don't double the puzzles on us again or allow us an extra day

I love puzzles, but I too have to agree, I spent the bulk of my day inside and at my pc to make those points and felt kinda dumb for missing this beautiful day when I did not get the points before 8 (on the hots). So yes, please keep them separate. Micci

I spent the morning and early afternoon doing my puzzles outside. It was beautiful! Puzzles are good in all weather :)

Reproduced unashamedly from another email list:
“Lord, help me to meet this self-imposed and totally unnecessary challenge.”

I'm pretty sure I said the *crossword* would be on Sundays.
The other newspaper puzzle day will vary from week to week...

In the newspaper this week:
* Saturday ... a challenge that you'll need to find (and that's all I can say).
* Sunday ... The crossword, and another challenge related to Saturday's, plus photos from the scavenger hunt and the winning recipe, the scoreboard, etc.
* Today (and the next two Wednesdays after today) ... the Our Towns Mystery Photo challenge.

I AGREE!!!
