We are giving credit to all players that submitted a valid team code and completed the hunt, even if we didn't receive the image. Due to a problem on the SCVNGR server, some photos were not received, and we don't want to penalize players.

If you submitted a valid team code, and your team completed the SCVNGR, you should have your achievement by 8:30pm today.

Please check to see whether you have already received the achievement before resubmitting team codes!

We checked on the leader board and noticed that we have not received credit for the scavenger hunt last week. I've resubmitted our photo and from the time stamp you will see that we completed the scavenger hunt last Sunday. We are worried that we will not receive credit for completing this game event. Can you check and see if if our submission is valid?

From what I can see in our system, you did not submit the team code that you received from the SCVNGR system, which is why you didn't receive credit for the scavenger hunt. You should have received an email earlier today alerting you to the fact that you had not submitted a valid team code.

I'm still waiting myself. I didn't receive an email either.

Me too, our photo is the first one -
alpha52, that shows up in the posted "Head" photos, My daughter and son-in-law have gotten their points...but not me? can you help?

We entered the team code as soon as we got home, I know we did because I had 3 kids fighting over who got to enter it. Also we didn't receive any email alert.
Is there any way we can receive credit? My kids were geared up for this!

I haven't yet got the points for Scavenger Hunt. I have the photo and all text messages as proof to show that. Still waiting for the achievement..
