Half the points for the video quiz

Did I get half the points for the video quiz than others because it's after 8 o'clock? Will it be that way for all the online games? Other games said specifically that they needed to be done before a specified time, but since I didn't see that on this game I hadn't worried about it.

I got all 8 out of 8 on the first try and got all 3 achievements, but I got 25, 10 and 5 points for the achievements...I see earlier folks got 50, 20 and 10 points for the same achievements.

They must have used that time clock to even out the odds, the people that got it done in the fastest times got the higher scores, that seems logical, it is a competition after all. I also got the lower scores. Micci

Well some of us can't get on that early in the day. I too only got 5, 10, 25 for the video quiz even when I got them all right on the 1st try. :(
Though I did do Maptitude just after midnight and got 10, 20, 50 for it :)

I did mine early in the day and got 10, 20, 50. My wife did her's later that night, got all of them right and only got 5, 10, 25. Can this be looked into? It's not really fair if we weren't told ahead of time that it has to be done by 8pm

Starting tomorrow, we'll clarify on the page that completing the web games after 8pm on the day they're released will lead to a reduced number of points.
We're looking into the technical feasibility of retroactively assigning the higher point value, since that information was not clearly shown.
For the video quiz, the number of questions you get correct will determine what achievements you get! If you get all 8 correct, you'll snag 3 achievements!
I don't believe there is an 8 PM cut-off for the video quiz. Normally the cut-off is only on Friday nights.
Edit: Oops, seems there -is- a 8 PM cut-off; I never knew! My apologies.
