Slider Tiles in Today's D & C Online Edition!

Have you seen the Slider Tile puzzles in the Sports section of today's D & C online edition? Three difficulty levels, just like PTI, and no wonder - the designer is Joe Petruchi! The theme is the RIT Tigers hockey team. Hooray for them and for the puzzles! Wouldn't it be a good idea for the PTI team to use their email list to let all of us who have missed the puzzles know about this? I enjoyed solving the Easy and Medium ones, and was making great progress on the Hard one, down to the bottom two rows, at which point my computer froze up - phooey! Guess I'll rest up a bit before trying it again. Joe, pretty please, could you post them on the PTI site when the D & C has finished with them? I'm sure lots of us would enjoy them! Thank you!

There is a new, different set of RIT hockey slider puzzles in the online D&C today - I managed to solve all 3 and for the hard one, was told that I was one of 15 hard-core fans who had solved it. I liked it a bit better than the hard one last week because the picture was a bit easier to see! Go Tigers!
Sorry Joe Pietruch for mis-spelling your name in my previous post! I enjoyed your puzzles in the D & C, and today my computer cooperated long enough to let me solve the hard one too - the winning banner said I was among 8 hard-core fans who had completed it - guess all our PTI practice came in handy! I still hope you'll put the D & C hockey puzzles on this site eventually.
