GREAT Maptitude this week, Thanks!

My son and I did this together, we are both supposed to be in bed, school tomorrow for both of us, but this was special and we knew where all of those were! Yeah! Off to bed now, but looking at that second place and feeling really proud of what we have accomplished so far this week! Nite All, Micci

googling kelsey's landing brought me to this page: http://www.waymarking.com/waymarks/WM64R3_Kelseys_Landing__Rochester_NY. Scrolling about 3/4 of the way down the page, there is a link for "Nearest Underground Railroad Sites" which lists all the sites within 100 miles of Rochester (there are a lot).
Another fascinating site I found jumping off the waymarking.com page is this one: http://www.libraryweb.org/rochimag/roads/home.htm.
I think I'll take the family on a waymarking excursion to find some of these places! Thank you so much for including Kelsey's Landing in the Maptitude!

Thanks for the links for Kelsey's landing.
Got messed up the first time around on this week's mapitude because they have Foodlink at the OLD location.

One of my nemesis geocaches (GCKFP7 for you geocaching.com members) is located right below the Kelsey's Landing marker. I've seen that sign a few times while contemplating the walk down. Never quite made it though - think I'd be better off using a boat!
So far, for every Maptitude, I had at least heard of every target location even if I didn't know where it was. For this Maptitude I actually had to Google search one of the locations afterwards to see what it was.
I have walked the Maplewood Trail before and have never seen the sign for Kelse's Landing. I've now learned about a new stop along the Underground Railroad. Thank you.
