How can these two achievements be won? Any hint or small clue would be helpful...thanks

There was a 4th person with literature sitting with the representative in Starry Nights cafe over the weekend. She was sitting immediately to the left when you entered the cafe. I lucked into it because I talk way too much and tarted a conversation with the two of the about the game as opposed to just asking for the puzzle piece and moving on. You would have had to be given a seperate code at that point.

There will be other ways to get this achievement later in the game.

I noticed on the recent Achievements list a number of these unusual acheivments. Is there a list of them anywhere like there is on the web game pages for the different web puzzles?
