I can't find the code any hints?

The ayes have it! I will give you some pointers.
Wouldn't want you to curse or anything.
Be quiet as a mouse over there, it's a scary place.
The answer will soon reveal itself right in your line of sight.
To paraphrase Alanis Morissette, isn't it iconic?

Clue: Its in the EYE of the beholder! Mice know how!

I must be in a brain freeze because I just can't "see" anything, no matter how quiet this mouse is. More hints please.

Mice don't only depend on ears and whiskers, and the original poster's PTI Profile gives you the correct imagery. Hover near the top of the pyramid. *

Saw that TONS of times and it never registered. Thanks for the nudge.

I was looking for you, Cloin! Unfortunately we got there fairly late...or rather not unfortunately, judging from my nice tasting plate sitting in front of me. :)

I saw you Colin, just did not get a chance to say hello, so will do so on Saturday! Micci

Just solved the cipher. It Didn't give me any info! There is a missing line though. I wonder if that's a clue!
September 26, 2009 - 6:35pm

There appear to be a couple of missing words as well, not sure of significance (if any). Seems to me, from reading the post, that the decoded content isn't as significant as knowing the cipher method, which may be used at some future point to decode something much shorter.
September 26, 2009 - 7:09pm

Think we've figured out the code, is there a quick way to decode the cipher?
September 26, 2009 - 7:41pm
#20
Not really, but try using google to find a cipher decoder.
September 26, 2009 - 7:52pm

Hey Colin, go to the Forge Forum , maybe got a clue on the lines thing. Micci

I googled cipher decoders per the great colin and are aware of my cipher options. I'm overly cautious about downloading anything onto my computer. Are any of the decoders online surely safe and virus free? They're all from .com sites.
September 26, 2009 - 11:02pm

just print one out or go to rumkin.com

I figured out the cipher a while ago, but I can't figure out the "code beneath the cipher", and the hints about the EYE are just confusing me. I just have a bunch of documents about secret meetings...
...or do the documents not have to do with Mark of the Searcher: Watchmaker?
October 7, 2009 - 9:00pm
#26
inure - the decoded documents don't lead one to any achievement... at least not that we've seen. For the Mark of the Searcher: Watchmaker, look at the September 18th post at our favorite clock website.

Colin: WE have the meet tonight for the mystery puzzle and we will most likely meet again on either Sat or Sun for a puzzle day, probably Sun, same place, Lovin Cup, watch the Forum, we will announce it, so see you then. Micci
